1809 Campaign: 19th April at 11pm
Here is the situation at the close of play on the 19th April. Following the major battle at Abensberg, Napoleon has fallen back to the west to await the arrival of 2nd and 4th Corps. To the north, 7th Corps and substnatial parts of 3rd Corps are isolated from the rest of the army.
The Austrian army is re-gathering its strength at Abensberg. I and II Korps have finally reached Regensberg but are still some way away. The units who gained the famous victory over the Emperor are fatigued, but so are their opponents.
On the map, orange outlines indicate formations subject to attrition tests, while red outlines are for units who have double-attrition.
Both sides now have some difficult decisions to make...
