At least they are quite easy if you select your figures carefully and use ones with visible necks. Most are pinned especially as the neck often needs to be recreated or they look like sontarans. Arm swaps ate tricky, hand swaps are easier but can't really be pinned so get very fragile. That's about the limit of my skills but it does liven up the old figure ranges!
