New Napoleonic Rules (3)

Still tweaking the combat system. Some good ideas have come from the boardgame "Bonaparte at Marengo" and the follow-up one about Austerlitz. There is need for a careful balance between #dice thrown, chance of a "hit" and effect of "hits".

Aspern-Essling played well and I follwed up with a smaller battle (Teugn-Hausen) after revising the combat mechanism.
