Photos of James Morris's Fort Vaux game from today's Hammerhead show in Newark.
Lots of tunnel fighting...

  1. Marvellous! That's about the only way I can see myself being interested in WWI gaming.

  2. Wow! James has done it again in terms of originality and depth for a demo game.

I wasn't at Hammerhead- do you know if the game will be travelling Steve?

    Darrell.

    1. I suspect it may have travelled a bit more if the organisers at Vapnartak and Salute did not act like arseholes :)

    2. Bit strong Mr Scrivs (you knew I'd say that), but frustrating not to be able to get this in to either show, especially as it's the 100th anniversary this year. Hey ho.

  3. Some great photos there Steve. Some of those figures look familiar :)

  4. Thanks all. James has done himself proud. Darrell, as Scrivs alludes to, a couple of shows have not had space for the game so I'm not sure how far it will travel beyond Newark! This is a shame given that so much research and work has gone into producing something really quite novel, interesting and educational.
